Truck Route Instructions

Special Conditions
1. Trucks with waste cannot park on the side of Town or State roads.
2. Drivers must be prepared to show Vermont transporter permits.
3. Drivers must wear safety glasses in and around facility.
4. Drivers must sign in, upon arrival.
5. Once backed into bay, wheel chocks are required

Driving Route

All large trucks must enter from Interstate I89

  • Get off Exit 12 (Essex Jct./Williston/Rte 2) (mile mark 84)
  • From South turn right at bottom of exit ramp (Rte 2A North)
  • From North turn left at bottom of exit ramp (Rte 2A North)
  • Go approx. 1.8 miles
  • From South go to sixth traffic light
  • From North go to seventh traffic light
  • As you get close to turn, you will climb a steep hill
  • At traffic light turn left onto Industrial Avenue
  • There is a left turn lane
  • The road names spilt at the intersection; left is Industrial Avenue; right is Mountain View Road
  • Go 1/2 mile
  • As you get close to turn, you will climb a small hill with curve
  • After hill it will be the next right
  • Turn right onto Avenue D
  • Facility is the first building on the right
  • Truck entrance is first entrance on right
  • Park and report into the facility and you will be assigned a bay to back into
